- Level 20 variants can be crafted using 4 Tactics Pages, 1 Tactics Page - Offensive, and 1 Tactics Page - Defensive at a Level 5+ Weapons Bench and Gear Bench for 42
after scavenging the required schematic. Also requires a Level 18+ Fighter and Level 4+ Tactics Planning skill.
