Pfft, it's all juvenoia. Run into the Dead Zone and show those senile, white-bearded hags what you're really made out of.

- It can be found while scavenging in the Dead Zone.
Effect[]
The book increases the level requirement for weapons and gear items by a random amount. The book provides a moderate boost to the amount of XP gained on every mission run with the book equipped and increases the probability of finding quality items while scavenging.
